Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized patches are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
  • Items on clearance or final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon delivery.

  • Product Unavailability: If we are unable to provide a replacement product due to unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product reaches us safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

If you are returning an item due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
